Knot him with a clip-on collar and/or microchip. Spend time outdoors with your cat, making supportive conversation, place bowls and favorite food around. If you have to move you cat by airplane or stay in hotel then you call the airline staff or hotel and check their requirements. Buy plenty of dried food supplies in advance of the relocation and make sure that this food is kept well and truly separate from items being packed. And never keep your cat in a sack, bag or other carrying item. Because your cat needs to arrive settled and trusting.

- Fleas: The most common pet parasites are fleas, and their most active season in the Northern Hemisphere is summer or more particularly, April through August. Fleas can make your dog or cat thoroughly miserable, and extremely ill. These tiny parasites feed on your pet’s blood and lay eggs in the animal’s skin. This can lead to tapeworm. An allergic pet can become even more ill, developing scabs and sores, and losing their hair. At this time there are dozens of flea preventatives on the market, from flea collars to flea dips and baths. Most only need to be applied once a month and will be effective in keeping fleas off your dog or cat for up to thirty days.
- Ticks: The tick is another bloodsucker that likes to attach itself to animals. Ticks live in woodsy and field areas, and find their meals by sensing heat. When something warm-blood passes by, a tick will cling to clothing or hair and eventually find itself to a body area with little hair. Once there, it inserts its mouth parts into the skin and begins feeding. It will not let go until it has had a full meal. At that point, it withdraws its mouth parts, drops off the body and crawls off to lay its eggs. If a tick does manage to sink its teeth into your pet, it should be carefully removed with tweezers and the spot dabbed with rubbing alcohol.
- Mosquitoes: Your pet needs mosquito repellant just as much as your kids do. Mosquitoes are more than irritants they carry and spread disease, and they will bite your pet. The most serious disease carried by mosquitoes is actually parasite heartworms. Keep pet indoors during prime mosquito hours and use area mosquito repellants.

Mixture of same quantity of vinegar and water, wash face with the above mixture. It acts as cleansers and toner for skin.
For oily skin take a mixture of apple cider vinegar and cool water of same quantity and do facial with this mixture.
To outbreak pimples, make a paste of honey, wheat flour and vinegar and apply on the pimples for full night and rinse it in morning. It acts as healing process for skin.
Vinegar acts as good conditioner for hair, just add one tablespoon of vinegar on hair rinse it gently with water. Massage with vinegar on scalp before shampooing can be better tip to overcome the dandruff.

Which processor is better one: AMD or Intel

The processor’s performance can’t be decided by checking one factor. It depends on several factors like CPU speed, dual or quad core, bandwidth, front side bus speed, level 2 cache, and compatibility.
- CPU Speed: CPU speed tells the rate at which your computer can run programs.
- Quad core: If you want to run lot of applications then quad core processor is better one, or if you are planning to buy for gaming purpose then dual core is adequate.
- Bandwidth: Bandwidth tells the amount of data our PC can run in one instruction. There are 32 bit and 64 bit processors available.
- Front Side Bus Speed: Front Side Bus, it relates the amount of data between CPU and other parts.
- L2 cache: If the size of the level 2 cache is more then that processor is considered to be better one. Your desired CPU has to be compatible with the motherboard chip set.
Advanced Micro Devices and Intel Corporation are working to create low-power high-performance microprocessors. Intel processors are high priced when compared with AMD processors but it can perform certain tasks that AMD can’t. Intel is targeting on high level enterprise markets, while AMD is on home users in mind.
Latest AMD Athlon 64FX-60 vs Intel Core i7:
The AMD Athlon 64FX-60 is cheaper and better at running every day applications than the Intel Core i7 but is slightly slower than FX-57 when running games. Compatability is guaranteed for the FX but not with Core i7. All AMD Athlon processors move ahead of Intel’s Pentium EE 955 in the primary 3DMark05 graphics test, but Intel’s 955 takes a commanding lead in the CPU test.
The FX-60 leads the pack in the multiprocessor-capable Windows Media Encoder 9 test, but when it comes to brute-force single-threaded encoding, the 2.8GHz Athlon 64 FX-57 leaves every other processor far behind.
Now, lets compare between two server processors: AMD Opteron and Intel Xeon.
AMD Opteron:
- It has been the faster processor, when it comes to floating point operations.
- HyperTransport provides for an interconnection between processors and core logic. This point-to-point interconnection scales much better than bus interfaces.
- Power consumption is acceptable even when under high load.
- Socket 940 is the backbone for all Opteron models that have been released. You can usually upgrade to one of the dual core models.
- Each processor will have its own memory controller.
- No Fully Buffered-DIMM memory is required. Registered Double Data Rate (DDR400) memory is enough.
- Quad-core Opteron processors will require a Socket F platform.
Intel Xeon:
- The Front Side Bus is the interface and also a cause for a potential bottleneck between the processor(s) and the chipset northbridge. The 5000 chipset widens this obstacle by implementing separate Front Side Busser per processor (DIB).
- The Dual core Xeon Paxville DP has tremendously high power requirements.
- Dual Core Xeon Dempsey 5000 has moderately high power requirements.
- Less flexible platform design: A Xeon Nocona or Irwindale (socket 604) can be upgraded only with a dual core Xeon Paxville DP. If you need a Xeon 5000 (Dempsey) or Xeon 5100 (Woodcrest) you may require the 5000 chipset platform for socket 771 (Bensley).
- Quad channel DDR2 memory controller would offer more bandwidth, but then requires FB-DIM modules.
- Intel’s chipset and FB-DIMM components require more energy than the equivalent Opteron processors.
- Quad core Intel Xeons are technically feasible for socket 771.

Alcohol abuse damages the nervous system and destroys brain cells. Different parts of the brain are more sensitive to alcohol than others. Alcohol is a toxin that damages the transmission of nerve impulses in the brain and nervous system. Chronic alcohol abuse causes organic damage that manifests itself both physically, and psychologically and in the behavior of people affected.
Physically it is manifested through loss of balance, impotence and numbness of the feet and hands, tremor and in blindness. Although the medical effects of alcoholism have long been known, the study of how alcohol acts on the brain to produce intoxication, dependence, and tolerance is still new. Most studies focus on the effect of alcohol on cellular communication. These have found that different regions of the brain differ in their sensitivity to alcohol. In addition, alcohol affects many different kinds of receptors and neurotransmitters, such as GABA, glutamate, and serotonin, creating different effects in each case.
Whatever the exact mechanism, it is accepted that chronic consumption of alcohol results in disconnection of the fibers that connect brain cells, producing memory lapses, impaired learning ability, motor disturbances, and general disorientation. Two organic brain disorders, alcoholic dementia, characterized by general loss of intellectual abilities, and Wernicke-Korsakoff’s syndrome, characterized by such symptoms as loss of physical coordination, incoherence are frequently seen in alcoholics. Alcohol abuse also causes a condition called delirium tremens in which the person experiences mental confusion, extreme excitement, anxiety, trembling, rapid pulse and hallucinations.
