Eating Excess Sugar Causes Kidney and Liver Problems

Sometimes even petty habits can lead to serious issues. Most of the people will eat excess sugar daily in different forms. This is not good for your health. Recently in a research it is proved that eating excess sugar will lead to kidney and liver problems.

Eating excess sugar expands the size of both kidney and liver and also causes stones in kidney.

Increase of sugar content in blood results in vitamin deficiency and leads to low blood pressure and increases the risk of kidney infections.

Eating more quantity of sugar results in menstruation and dehydration and finally damages your liver. So it is good for your health if you decrease the amount of sugar intake.

If you are eating large amount of sugar it is better to consult physician immediately.

Because if you can detect at early stages, it is easy to cure if not you have to face many health problems in your life.
