The impact of transportation on Vegetation is very less when compared to impact on Human life. These include deforestation, fire and even over grazing.

Deforestation is done to build roads, to construct ships, etc for traveling. This finally results in green house effect. Fire in forests results in lesser rainfall which in turn results in ozone depletion.

The impact on Animal life is one and the same as of vegetation. It has many disadvantages rather than any advantages. In olden days Animals are used for transportation. They were made to carry loads on their backs with heavy burden.

These days they are killed due to accidents on highways by fast moving vehicles.

Reduction in the grazing fields, forests and wet lands leave them starving for food and may result in their death. Release of poisonous gases effects vegetation as well as animal life.
